The beautiful worship space of Gilwood Church and the attention given to the liturgies and music of the Church, work together to provide rich soil for spiritual growth. Music can reach depths of the soul that words alone cannot.

CHURCH CHOIR
Our worship service is a traditional service which includes hymns, prayers of thanksgiving and intercession, God’s Word, and sacrament. As Presbyterians, we honor our liturgical and musical traditions.
The Church Choir is the primary choral ensemble at Gilwood. Its chief purpose is to lead the service every Sunday during the 11 A.M. service. The Church Choir takes on an ambitious schedule of additional musical services throughout the year including Christmas and Easter Programs.

ANYONE WHO WISHES TO SHARE THE GIFT OF MUSIC IN WORSHIP IS WELCOME TO JOIN!

HANDBELL CHOIR
The handbell choir at Gilwood is a volunteer ensemble that periodically provides music for worship. We currently ring three octaves of handbells, as well as two octaves of hand chimes. We rehearse on Monday evenings at 6:30 p.m., and all are welcome to join, regardless of previous musical experience.
